目前生完三個月了, 體重竟然比剛生完還重!!(現在55kg,剛生完54kg...懷孕前49kg)
檢討了一下自己的飲食,
發現自己現在的食量真的大的驚人!
比懷孕前及懷孕時都還大的多,
一天的飲食大致是這樣的
午:飯半碗 魚一份(手掌大小) 青菜約三碗(我愛吃青菜) 蛋一顆
視媽媽煮的菜大約會再吃一碗豆干或肉等配菜
下午:點心零食(量不定) 牛奶一杯 蘋果一顆 有時會來個香蕉或蓮霧
晚:吃的和中午差不多,但沒有蛋,
吃完會再來個飯後甜點如布丁或爆米花(現在最紅的焦糖爆米花,100G約509大卡)
把它寫出來真的連自己都嚇一下,
我以前有習慣性的在克制自己的飲食,
現在真的是完全解放了!
因為有餵母乳,所以很容易餓~
而我也似乎把這個當藉口,想說要給Baby營養,所以沒有克制~~~
但今天穿上夏天合身T.腰間的肉都掉出來了@@
超難過的,本來還很高興孕期體重控制的還不錯,沒想到生完卻完全失控
決定要開始瘦身了!
首先當然是要控制零食的量,但我超愛零食,還是會吃一點點> <
運動方面,我沒時間去運動,因為要帶小孩,只能在家裡稍微動一下
除此之外,還有什麼可以做的嗎?
目標,在三個月瘦回49kg!!!!!
