疑第五腰椎椎弓斷裂之運動選擇 - 健身

年過40,女性,有運動習慣,每週2 天羽球,1 天瑜珈。
工作久坐電腦前,去年體檢第五腰椎及第一薦椎椎間退化,
今年體檢剛收到報告,「疑第五腰椎椎弓斷裂」,
看過骨科,因為腰部雖偶有不適,但並無嚴重疼痛,
也不影響打球、瑜珈,故醫生僅指示要練核心,以穩定脊椎避免滑脫。
請問:
1.我如果要去健身房練核心(主要是背肌),我應該請教練嗎?或是
直接做器材?或有何特殊課程適合我?
2.還是去找物理治療師?
3.還是在家自己做運動就可以?有推薦的運動嗎?
(我拿體檢報告去看骨科,醫生沒有再照X光片,感覺好像不認為嚴重)
