不只是臉部而已~~全身肌膚都會~~
所以除了瘦身之外~~平時就要好好照顧肌膚~~
教你幾個小方法試試看吧~~
1. 每天淋浴時先用熱水按摩手臂~~最後再用冷水輕拍~~讓肌膚收縮緊實~~
2. 買個小啞鈴每天運動至少各50下~~讓手臂肌肉運動~~或者手掌對壓~~訓練臂膀的肌肉運動~~(不過適量即可~~否則便成卜派~~不太妙)
3. 去化妝品專櫃挑選肌膚緊實霜~~在沐浴之後加強保養~~(記得!!往心臟方向塗抹~~可促進新陳代謝)
4. 選擇7分袖型內衣~~讓鬆弛的肌膚保持適當的固定及束縛~~幫助肌肉緊實!
