瘦不下來還越來越腫 - 美體

我 158cm/58kg 年初體脂:22.5 (現在不知道^^")
去年半年大概瘦下來5kg, 但今年又打回原樣
這兩三個月意識到不能這樣下去, 所以開始記錄飲食和增加運動量
我平常早餐就是 燕麥片+豆漿/優格+一份水果
午餐會自己帶便當 兩份蔬菜+一份蛋白質+半碗飯
晚餐從減肥開始就盡量多吃蔬菜, 會加些蛋白質或是澱粉類
休息時間無法克制自己吃零食, 不過就盡量吃些堅果類(我有克制一天只能吃一小把),
當然有時候心情不好還是會吃個垃圾食物, 不過頻率不高
放假的時候會吃比較多, 但是都有計算熱量, 不會亂七八糟吃一堆
平日熱量大概是1200~1400
假日大概1500~1700
不愛喝甜飲料, 水量大概都2000~3000cc
運動的話基本上是每天都有, 而且一天應該都超過40分鐘, 有氧和肌力訓練都有
運動完也會認真拉筋和按摩
可是這樣持續了兩個多月, 體重卻是不降反升,
只有在嚐試5:2節食的時候體重降下來, 然後放假回來又打回原形
上半身也還好, 但是大腿就拼命變胖,
感覺是塞滿硬梆梆很難不見的脂肪,
總覺得自己累積消耗的熱量至少要瘦個一兩公斤看到成果
可是什麼都沒有好沮喪OQ
該不會自己新陳代謝有什麼問題吧...
