各位大大小弟今年國三身高不高162體重卻頗重59我有在練肌肉但感覺起來卻仍肉肉的每次用力起來肚子明明硬硬的也有線條可是上面卻還隔著一層油放鬆時就整個軟軟的坐下就悲劇了我的雙手可以各捏起一大塊肉不知道是不是小時候吃太多不營養食物我的胸部也有點鼓鼓的還有副乳還有大腿!!!!我的腿真的不是普通粗踩空中腳踏車也沒有用我都不知道要怎麼辦我不確定自己還會��
