我在這個版也潛水很久了
我也用控制熱量(吃到基代)
以及多運動的方式
體重從55降到現在49
(我的身高160)
體脂肪從將近25 到現在22
因為某些因素的關係
想要減重到45公斤
請問這樣子 還有辦法用「健康」的方式去達到嗎?
還是說一定要節食才有辦法達到
可是我也懂 如果恢復飲食的話很容易復胖
所以我很苦惱...
想問問板上有沒有水水是用健康的方式達到紙片人的呢?
