粉刺 毛孔 凹疤 - 雷射

之前有陣子大長痘
後來痘痘情況治療好了
臉上也沒有紅色的痘疤
但就是留下一堆毛孔跟凹疤
臉上粉刺則是一直以來困擾著我><

目前是考慮做飛針或是飛梭 請問版友有其他建議嗎？
而清粉刺是要在雷射前或後做？
然後有推薦臺中的診所嗎
目前還是學生沒什麼錢 不打算包療程
希望有不太貴又有效果的
