我我身高155-158體重50-51上下跳動如果1.我早餐只喝桂格燕麥片+牛奶?而看了桂格麥片的熱量好像很多..怎麼算都有300多以上因為我麥片都放2湯匙<吃飯的>..而後沖泡點熱水大月100-再加上200-300cc的低脂牛奶<總共差不多400-500cc>因為早上還要上班<做服務業的>所以怕吃不夠..可這樣又好像太高熱量�
