能安心入眠的味道 - 芳療

約五六年前因為突然過敏的關係,一直是鼻塞流鼻水的狀態,後來開始聞不太到味道,
醫生說可能是長期的過敏嗅覺不靈敏、嚴重的話會漸漸喪失嗅覺,
也因為聞不太到味道,後來選擇洗髮或護膚產品時也都改成無香味無添加的
這兩年因為COVID-19的關係長期戴著口罩,可能因為這樣過敏情況不像之前那樣嚴重
漸漸開始聞的到一些淡淡的味道,但很令人沮喪的都是聞到臭味居多(如清潔劑,尿騷味,廚
餘味...)
而最近發生一些事心情一直很低落有點憂鬱睡不太好的狀況,前幾天先生也對我說我身上
失去味道很久了,
想趁著最近嗅覺有點回來的狀態想找能讓我安心睡眠的味道
在還沒有過敏之前我對氣味很敏感,稍微濃郁的花香或是酒味我聞到都會頭暈噁心想吐
比較喜歡的是果香,茶樹,檸檬草這類清爽的味道,請問有推荐的香味嗎?
另外有養貓不考慮擴香或薰香,想買抹在身上的,可以買初榨橄欖油再加香味這樣使用嗎
