腳底角質 - 保養

我右腳不知道是不是走路的關係
角質增生的很嚴重
厚厚一塊腳皮
尤其是後腳板，過一段時間，我就會把腳皮整個撕下來 (有點噁)
然後腳底就覺得 比較能呼吸， 不然一塊厚厚角皮真的很不舒服
可是這樣斯腳皮，就是會讓角質越來越厚
整個腳底都硬硬的
請問板友有沒有好的建議呢?
可是我的左腳就不會，完全沒有角質，只有右腳會
想去看皮膚科，不知道有沒有用
想用足裹，可是我角質增生很厚，也不知道有沒有效
請板友給點建議，謝謝。
