腿部肌肉的酸痛感要怎麼辦 - 瘦身

我想瘦身,所以去跑操場,我是以一圈為單位來跑的,跑完的時候腹部還有腿部超酸的,跑了好幾天都這樣.請問這是正常的嗎?有沒有甚麼好辦法幫我解除腿部的酸痛感?還有聽說跑步最好做一下伸展操,是跑步前還是跑步後,要做多久?另外加速脂肪燃燒有沒有好辦法?另外能不能和我講一下腿部乳酸堆積是甚麼��
