為了減肥從2個月前開始跑步,也依照體能狀況,慢慢的增加跑步量,現在已經可以一次跑6000公尺了,也廋了6-7公斤,但是還沒達到我的理想體重,可是我的膝蓋最近有點不聽話了,前些日子走路會有點痛就去看醫生,結果是膝蓋受傷了,吃了藥也聽醫生的方法作抬腿運動,一個星期後不痛了,又繼續��
