膠原蛋白粉的牌子是賀寶芙。
之前ㄧ直吃明治的膠原蛋白粉也是直接加在豆漿裡,
很好溶解也沒這問題,
但吃了五六包沒什麼改變就想換個牌子喝,
因為賀寶芙的膠原蛋白粉還多了維他命C和B群還有輔酶Q10,
看似厲害很多~
今早直接把它加進冷豆漿裡,
發現不像明治的如奶粉般好溶解,
經過努力攪拌後居然變成碎豆花狀!
有點像鹹豆漿ㄧ樣……
請問是怎麼回事呢?!
是賀寶芙的其他成分和豆漿產生了化學反應嗎?
如果是這樣的話,
今後是不是不能再直接加進豆漿裡?
否則喝到的也只是成分被破壞的東西?
它瓶身是有建議配開水或果汁食用,
但自從試過ㄧ次明治的膠原蛋白配開水的恐怖經驗後,
就沒膽再嘗試直接飲用了啊>.<
