各位大家好，我平常一直有在攝取豬腳、雞腳等膠質的習慣
但意外發現分子量太大身體無法吸收的事實 (登扔)
因此把許久以前買的Puritan's Pride膠原蛋白又挖出來吃了(還長了氧化的黑點點..)
一天起床就吃四顆!吃了快一個月卻完全無感!
興起了想尋找新品牌的念頭
搜尋篩選了幾個選項 (網路的邀稿太多,完全不知道什麼可信啊!)
想請有食用過的朋友們幫忙挑選
1.船井生醫-funcare全效膠原蛋白
號稱180道爾頓的超小分子量!深受分子量其害的我自是眼睛為之一亮!
2.i kirei 珍珠膠原蛋白粉
1000道爾敦也是算現有產品中小分子的了!而且價錢比較可愛
3.微笑生技美之選系列
爬文有看到板上許多板友推這款，但他有加糖 !
4.allin十勝原机膠原粉
1500道爾敦,添加了8大美顏成分,但比較貴
主要是想找吃了有效的，味道不是太在意 (太好吃我會過量,哈)
