本來我的生理期都很準的28天
前陣子看那篇爆文，立刻訂了一牌文章內較推薦的膠原蛋白
一天兩包，吃了快7天（約從週期第20天開始吃）
皮膚有變穩定、有彈性沒錯
但這次生理期本應在禮拜六來（五天前），卻遲遲不來，越等越焦躁
爬了版發現之前版友也有相同狀況
產品上面當然沒有說含有激素，但這狀況令人不安
從禮拜二看到之前版友的文章後就停止服用了
當然也可能是我本身的身體出了甚麼問題
不知道這陣子有在吃的版友有沒有一樣的狀況....煩啊
