臉型顴骨突出，是否削骨手術？ - 美容

一直覺得自己的顴骨有點突出，
加上眼尾上揚感覺有點兇。

前陣子因為瘦了一些，(還不是超瘦，都還在標準內)
臉就變得很凹，
骨頭突出更明顯，
朋友都說我好像吸毒的樣子....
不知到削骨能不能改善這樣的問題？
另外，
我的下顎比較長，
目前也還在矯正牙齒，(已經到矯正後期了)
雖然不至於戽斗，
但是下顎尾端連至耳朵處還是有些剛硬的感覺，
希望能讓線條圓順一點。
