臉好油，痘痘還一直長... - 保養

大家好，我是個保養品都看心情挑的女孩...
這個禮拜臉的狀況很糟
鼻子摸起來油油的粗粗的，可能有小皮屑(額頭也是)
一直長小痘子，鼻翼旁邊還長了一個很痛的痘痘(有一點消了)
嘴唇邊邊也長了一顆，下巴長了兩到三顆...
而且又剛好換了化妝水→我的心機，左旋C亮白
(之前都用玻尿酸保濕的那款，感覺還不錯啦)
再搭用水平衡的水乳液
之後在用ACNES的抗痘凝膠
記得上星期一的時候有用ACNES的UV潤色隔離乳擦臉，只有薄薄一層
回家後用蜜妮的卸妝油卸隔離乳
之後臉就變得有點糟糕了XD
我現在還搞不懂是因為我用了隔離乳
還是說是因為化妝水的關係讓我皮膚變成這樣?
(我自己覺得那個化妝水讓我有點不適應)
不過我想也有可能是我最近失眠和月經可能要來了:(
嘉義的皮膚科我看了都很不適應，都覺得醫生不耐煩，而且想去的都要等好久...
還是台中我家附近的皮膚科比較好~~~
昨天只塗了抗痘凝膠，好像有好一點了
請問大家，我現在該拿我的臉怎麼辦了?好無助喔!!
都差點想去買更好的保養品了:(
