這幾天自己弄早餐吃
自以為熱量很低
剛剛認真的換算一下 發現一點都不低阿!!!!!
85度C的全麥土司 2片 250大卡
鮪魚三明治罐頭 1/2罐 150大卡
小黃瓜 1根 15大卡
這樣居然就要415大卡!!!!!!!
而且還只是早餐.....
我還會自己泡 奶綠來喝 (抹茶粉+低脂牛奶)
整個很豐盛 (心虛)
看來我要換一下菜單了......
