之前有看過一篇文章
頌揚讓皮膚深呼吸的透氣保養
有點類似斷食療法
就是停用所有的清潔產品及保養品
單純用水清潔 洗完臉後不上任何保養 讓皮膚深呼吸
有一年夏天約一個月 我採用個方法 (其實也是懶)
完全沒有收到任何皮膚深呼吸的優點
反而皮膚看起來非常暗沉且隨時油光滿面
開學後同學看到我的第一句 “你的臉變得好暗沉喔!”
我體會到沒有自然就是美這回事
想要有漂亮臉蛋還真的要勤保養
