不知道大家 "自行開業的動機" 是什麼?
最近一直在思索這個問題。
我喜歡穩定，不太喜歡一直換工作環境，
如果沒有大問題，基本上我不會一直換診所，
所以自從開始執業以來，我只待過兩家診所。
第一家有嚴重的帳目不清 + 欺騙的問題，所以我離開了;
第二家老闆對我客氣禮遇，目前為止也沒有發現任何疑似欺騙的問題，
可是診所助理覺得我名義上雖是醫師，但實際上也不過是領人薪水的員工，
所以不夠尊重我，也太過度侵犯我的醫療專業領域。
例如，
我想做她們嫌麻煩的事情，她們就會拿老闆來壓我，
"可是老闆說不可以" "可是老闆說ooxx" (事實上他完全不知情，根本沒有說)，
又例如每個人看診的習慣不同，
她們就會對我說 "可是老闆都ooxx，為什麼你不是?"
很久下來，我有很不舒服的感覺，
也不禁開始思索 "自行開業" 的可能性。
所以我想請問 "自行開業" 的醫師們，
你們當初開業的動機是什麼呢?
如果能夠重新選擇一次，
你們願意開業，還是寧願給人請?
