舒眠方法分享(助眠保健食品/香氛/眼罩) - 保養

年紀到了之後,真的有感睡眠的重要性,熬夜一天要花一禮拜來補,算是一件CP值很低的
事,加上我很淺眠,只要有點風吹草動就會醒,導致我很容易半夜驚醒
以下分享幾個我的必備助眠好物,睡不著的話不妨試試以下這些方法
1.NEOM療癒精油組

平常睡前是蠟燭、水氧機輪流點,這組最喜歡「幸福愉悅」,裡面混了橙花、含羞草、檸
檬,聞起來放鬆又舒壓,有種身心靈得到釋放的感覺
P.S佛手柑、岩蘭草據說都有對抗焦慮、放鬆神經的作用,佛手柑我自己覺得聞起來太苦
就先pass,混香可以佛手柑+薰衣草也是不錯的搭配
2.蒸氣眼罩

很多人家中應該都常備著花王眼罩吧XD,趁雙11囤貨,6盒這樣買下來才500多塊很划算。
睡前戴著溫溫的很舒服,常常敷著敷著就睡著了
3.各種蠟燭

買蠟燭已變成一種習慣~最近新歡是Diptyque含羞草,一股淡淡的青花香很療癒,也像冬
日裡的太陽一樣暖,想放鬆心情的時候可以點。
4.保健食品

以前吃過不少助眠品,效果都差強人意,前陣子被網紅介紹燒到這個鎂錠,想說試試看吧
!聽說單方鎂成份據說相對比較好吸收,實測快兩週效果確實不錯,比較容易入睡,也睡
得比較沉
5.熱牛奶
最近睡前偶爾會來一杯熱牛奶,溫溫熱熱的喝了很舒服,點了精油房間香香的更療癒舒壓
