蘿蔔腿不運動怎麼消呢?
首先
在平常幾乎沒有運動的時候
肌肉根本就是萎縮的,外面包覆著軟軟的脂肪
這才是所謂的 「蘿蔔腿」
中段
有氧運動 (若是妳很勤快,肯用重訓練一下大腿小腿)
肌肉會慢慢回到一個合理的程度
但請注意一點
1.蘿蔔腿的關鍵不是在 「消肌肉」
沒有肌肉妳怎麼走路??
2.還有所謂的 「按摩可以消蘿蔔腿」
那還不如建議有氧之後去做這些按摩
按摩會把脂肪消掉的話就真的很神奇了
3.並沒有所謂什麼 「水腫型蘿蔔」、「肌肉型蘿蔔」
請面對現實:那就是脂肪還沒有消除掉
然後
請持之以恆,千萬也不要動不動就 "矮額~我跑步肌肉會變大變很醜"
通常只有短跑女選手才有資格擔心這樣的事情
不然請努力個一年試試看吧
看到上篇有推文說 "有很多女孩子說要瘦小腿就不要運動"
真想說不然就砍斷就好了,不是更自在
