我是一位自行車選手,幾乎每日都在做長期的有氧訓練(約90~140km)約3~5個小時我的身高165cm體重56kg可是我的體脂肪卻高達19%但皮下脂肪6%脂肪重約10KG重我的手和腳的皮下脂肪都很低,大不份囤積在軀幹,到底要如何讓體內的體脂肪減少呢??我已經長期(約2年)不吃油炸類、泡麵、珍珠奶茶等食物,而且每餐�
