首先,我覺得這方面的文章會在這個版引起那麼多的討論
必定有其相關性與需求 禁止討論並不洽當
事實上 如同上篇 TiaTia版友 & shiunyuans版友所言
除了蔬菜攝取量不足 水喝不夠 吃得太少
很多減肥者甚麼都要過水,油脂攝取不足 也是會造成排便不順的
既然是減肥延伸出的問題 怎麼可以說是跟瘦身無關呢?
p.s 我那中醫朋友
確實就說過黑芝麻粉不錯,油脂可以幫助排便順暢這種話^^
考量到也有人是外宿外食,加上又沒冰箱又沒鍋子的
每天吃到足量綠色蔬菜並不是件那麼容易方便的事
有人分享高纖維食物對於很多人也是個福音
當然~能盡量多吃蔬菜水果也是很重要的
最後
看前面的推文 有人說3天才算便秘
事實上 台中榮總大腸直腸科的醫生是說
「"每天"應該"至少"排便一次 軟度應該像牙膏 寬度應該像食指」
....^^
*註:有這方面的問題,可以求助"大腸直腸科"
排不出來也不要過度用力(羞)
不然減肥減出隱疾就....好像不是那麼划算XD
對了 大腸直腸科可以開纖維給你喔~我忘了是飯前還飯後吃了
可以讓你的便便變得很軟 ( ̄艸  ̄*)
不是吃瀉藥 就天天拉喔 揪咪 >__^
