我這2星期每天都去跑步大概有2-3000公呎...
可是這樣跑下來我發現我體重根本沒有什麼變化
我在想會不會是因為飲食關西
因為我是個考生...所以三餐都是外面解決
如果是因為三餐的話...請問外食的能吃什麼
我沒辦法自己準備..都是吃外面的
請各位大大指教
我目前身高172體重87.5...
目標是受到70-75
