請問乖媽產品的訂購程序 - 芳療

我是要買他最新一期的免運費商品啦~
剛開始每個步驟都沒有問題,
可是到最後一個步驟時我才發現,
竟然有一個 收費表(最佳): NT$100 !!
這是什麼意思阿? 不是免運費嗎?
本來想說商品是$249,還ok,可以接受的價格,
可是多加了這100元,總計就變成了$349,感覺就差好多了唷...="=
我是第一次買乖媽的產品,有人能告訴我這是怎麼回事嗎?
我好想買他這期的免運費商品耶~怎麼會這樣?
那到底是什麼東東的錢阿?
