因為我是學生又很窮,所以沒辦法吃瘦身餐之類的東西,或買什麼瘦身產品。我現在160公分52公斤,每天除了晚餐不吃,早餐午餐都正常吃然後搖2個小時的呼拉圈和睡前踩空中腳踏車300下,可是體重都沒又明顯降低。我都是在家裡,所以運動空間滿小的,沒辦法做一些像跑步之類的運動。之前我有做過�
