我是西洋梨的體型,下半身容易水腫,大腿脂肪很厚,小腿因為國中時運動造成蘿蔔腿,現在身高是160,但體重一直在67之前有用過節食方法,體重有掉到62,但都瘦到不該瘦的地方請問可不可以幫我擬定2個月的瘦身計畫,我不要只有簡單的告訴我少吃多運動請幫我排定運動的時間長短和食譜(不要節食�
