請教solone眼線膠如何轉 - 美妝

嗯，新買一支solone princess rose garden EL-01 的眼線膠筆（筆身是粉色塑膠殼，銀色燙字）剛開封來用沒兩天，需要再轉出筆芯使用，卻發現：
捏緊粉色筆身，轉筆尾黑色部分，筆芯沒有轉出！！！（我是不是買到瑕疵品？嗚嗚）
筆尾黑色部分經觀察可拔出，但對轉出筆芯無幫助……
請教手上有這支眼線膠筆的好心版友，到底如何順利轉出筆芯？
