護髮—橄欖油/椰子油？ - 芳療

最近想用天然的油來試試看深層護髮（洗前），因為在板上搜尋到大家心得都很燒！超生火 尤其是有一篇及腰長髮零分岔的XD
可是看到有用椰子油也有用橄欖油的，所以很好奇有沒有兩種都試過的人能夠分享哪個效果比較好～？
或是有什麼好取得的油推薦可以護髮的（例如：摩洛哥堅果油 荷荷巴油之類的效果如何）
在偷渡問一下大家比較推peter paul還是奇蹟牌的椰子油啊？還是有更好的選擇？（看得有點迷糊 都很多人推薦）
橄欖油我只爬到芳療家和茉莉斯卡比較多人討論，也麻煩大家有什麼可以推薦給我
目前應該只打算外用不會內服/油漱～
