個位大大好:最近試作豬肉餡餅但煎好後的皮太脆硬,冷了更硬,有點像蘇打餅的口感,請問要如何作出外皮酥脆內層皮Q軟的口感.謝謝!我的作法是:3碗麵粉+1碗冷水(也試過用熱水及熱水加冷水)但煎起來都有相同的問題,還是火侯的問題呢?請知道的大大們告訴我謝謝!...Showmore
