嗨大家好,我是希臘優格,繼上次5/3抽完大小腿環抽之後,7/28也環抽了肚子跟手臂。
目前是術後兩個月時間,差不多可以分享成果囉^^
上次大小腿抽脂文有興趣的人可以在板上搜尋[超音波抽脂-大小腿環抽(術後2.5月)這篇]
啊然後我覺得抽脂文有很多前輩寫的比我詳細超多,也比較專業,我真的是有點懶人照顧
法,所以分享文多注重在自己的感覺而已>< 如果想知道更專業的抽脂知識可能要多爬文
或直接問診所了。

我兩次抽脂都是選超音波z波韓國機,一樣的診所、一樣的醫生、一樣的護理團隊。想說
有了上次的經驗,覺得還不錯就沒再多諮詢其他間了(懶)
這兩次抽脂比較的話,抽上半身真的比下半身來的輕鬆許多啊!不但術後一覺到天亮,也
不會有太多不舒服的症狀,食慾也蠻正常的,不知道是我體質異常還是抽上半身真的這麼
輕鬆,總之我覺得跟之前環抽大小腿的地獄相比真的是天堂來著~
唯一比較不舒服的就是術後的塑身臂套,一直卡在腋下,傷口又有紗布貼著,行動不便又
很怕流汗>< 這是我復原期最頭痛的地方,其他就沒什麼特別的了。
復原期我也沒特別照顧,就是一切正常吃正常睡正常上班(塑身衣當然也要乖乖穿啦!),
拆線前的每日功課就是換紗布,拆線後就抹抹藥膏,等傷口癒合之後就沒理它了XD 不過
這樣的懶人照顧法壞處就是傷口黑色素沒立馬消失,但其實久了它也會慢慢變淡,我自己
不怎麼在意,所以就沒太煩惱(醫生說也可以打淨膚加快代謝)
大家在意的瘀青、硬塊、凹凸不平的不專業比較
退瘀青速度:下半身(慢)、上半身(快)
消硬塊速度:下半身(不明顯)、上半身(較明顯)
凹凸不平狀況:術後一定都有,認真按摩LPG即可改善

這牛仔短褲是之前買的28吋,現在變鬆了!抽完大腿後覺得根部還是肉肉的,但其實後來
發現是皮鬆了T_T 是之前太胖把皮撐太鬆的後果嗚嗚
改善方法就是運動讓它變緊實了,雖然穿上緊身褲大腿有縫,但如果沒穿就是這樣胖胖的

這是我手寫的非專業紀錄表,一開始紀錄很仔細,到最後就有點懶懶der 而且後期變化也
不大,就沒每次都量了,大家可以參考就好。
BTW 上半身+下半身環抽花了我一大筆存款,還有醫療耗材(紗布、藥膏...)等等,其實也
不是筆小費用>< 雖然沒有從微胖女變麻豆的筷子身材,但我已經有自信許多,不僅敢穿
短褲、緊身褲,有些零碼的褲子也能駕馭,這樣就算值得了吧XD
當然,要有超美的線條一定要靠運動,這裡不是鼓勵大家都去抽脂,只是我覺得抽脂幫了
一大步,剩下就要靠運動啦!
