平常都沒在運動
這次終於有了點決心
第一天慢跑+走路共30分鐘(走路居多~)
太久沒運動了
大腿前側肌肉超酸痛
第二天和第三天運動都有60分鐘 左右
但也是走比慢跑多
三餐都正常吃
都在下午4.5點吃晚餐休息下之後去跑
晚上嘴饞的話吃一顆大蕃茄 其他都喝白開水
因為在飲料店工作
常常有珍珠的誘惑
偶爾幾顆幾顆的吃
或是喝小杯半杯量的奶茶
以上兩點會努力的改掉
我是計畫每天都去跑跑走走個60分鐘
請問這樣的做法對嗎??
請給些意見
