跑步時「小腿前面」抽筋 - beauty

小弟目前慢跑約持續2個多月沒有每天跑都會隔個1、2天從10圈操場慢慢到15圈操場最近1個禮拜大約跑到第3、4圈的時候左小腿前面偏左的部分(不是小腿肚)會漸漸變得僵硬,感覺就是很緊會痛到一定要停下來拉開(腳板往下壓)拉的時候感覺好像是小腿前面的筋整個糾結在一起休息一下再跑就沒這麼痛但之��
