我是女生19歲新陳代謝不好大概是因為小時後常憋尿才會這樣現在沒了因為長期缺乏運動胖到56公斤現在小腹很突出然後肚子常在飽滿的狀態下每次三餐都吃很飽但是我現在都改喝水和沒吃零食了再怎麼飽但還是想滿足食慾我知道這樣很難瘦下來但是我只想增加新陳代謝減少體脂肪讓身體健康最近才開始
