前一陣子痘痘長很嚴重，目前有比較不長
因為發覺可能是上妝時間，每天高達12小時
早上七點化妝，晚上八點才能回家洗澡
而且我又是痘痘肌，臉超油的，油到連皮膚科醫生都說太油
自從上班後，每天都這樣
所以開始不化妝，就連防曬都不擦了，痘痘好像才有開始不長
但也不知道是不便秘的問題.....
反正找了皮膚科醫生，他說：「你不會不要擦防曬，就戴口罩，墨鏡防曬，拿雨傘。」
他說反正早上七點半之後的路程，你只會曬到最多十分鐘
晚上都過六點，太陽也只剩一點點，路程見到太陽，最多也十分鐘
你要美白，還是痘痘
仔細一聽，發覺有道理
但是我還是好怕皮膚黑，總覺得皮膚有暗一色耶！！
大家會怎麼辦？？
