身上的小水泡 - 保養

最近天氣好熱，手臂內側時不時就會冒出一顆小水泡
很癢，然後消了以後疤留超久
看了醫生說是汗泡疹，有開藥擦
我想請教的是，請問這種狀況吃什麼食物比較會改善體質，可以少長一點><
說是汗泡疹，我手臂內側也不太會流汗啊，而且常常是長在手腕附近，那邊也不常流汗吧
(我不戴手飾或手表的)
因為我這邊看中醫比較不方便，想請教有沒有人有類似狀況，有經驗的><
