我身高158,目前56kg我已經有毅力減肥3個月了,但是體重下降的很慢,平均一個月掉1公斤。※為什麼體重下降的這麼緩慢?我改變自己的飲食習慣吃的很清淡,三餐以外的時間也不另外進食若想要吃甜食的話,我會在用餐過後吃一點點。這樣會影響減肥進度嗎?我的工作是輪班制早班7點-15點晚班15點-23點大夜班23點-7點※請問上晚班和大夜班的話,該如何控制我的用餐時間才可以��
