通常一周可以運動3~4次,但每到朋友聚餐就把努力成果消耗一大半,又不想當不合群的
人,聚餐的餐廳大部份又都熱量很高,難免又會喝酒,減重的速度就大打折扣。
請問各位前輩如何克服這個問題?
