我是男生
172公分,體重93公斤
早餐:中式早餐店一碗無糖熱豆漿(約400CC),一個蛋餅,一個胡椒餅加蛋
午餐:隨便吃,便當(魯排骨)或是自助餐(沒夾主食)或是麵等等
晚餐:可能就是兩顆水煎包或是一份蔥油餅等等,然後再加上兩顆蘋果左右
下午或是快中午時,有時候也會吃個蘋果
平常大概都是11點左右睡覺,6點半左右起床
假日有時候會去跑跑步,晚上會舉8磅啞鈴100下以及伏地挺身20下
目前想說因為太重,怕手臂承受不了重量,先以啞鈴為主
另外先從飲食做起,慢慢下降之後,之後再搭配有氧運動
想請教一下哪些地方需要改善,或是加強的,還請大家提供意見。
