我早餐前先塞幾顆水果然後在吃早餐(吃的不錯)、午餐(吃的滿少,有吃點,但覺不碰肉、甜食、油炸類)午餐過後不進食、只喝水(1:20~5:10大概喝600cc*2)晚餐(則是不吃),7點過後不喝水這樣會有效嗎??另外給的方法別叫我買藥..另問這個季節有哪些水果熱量低??再問早餐要吃啥??(只問早餐)...Showmore
