這樣該考慮戴牙套嗎？ - 牙齒保健

Hi there

Flossing is really important as by brushing could only clean 70% of your teeth.
But if it's not too convenient to keep up, only floss before bed every night is fine.
I know flossing is not pleasant at all lol. As it could be a bit pinchy and bleeding.

With the slightly gum infection problem, after you clean your teeth rinse daily with warm salty water or Colgate Savacol -> even better ( I don't know if there is savacol in Taiwan or not. Kinda yucky taste but works quite good )

Though I haven't got a chance to see the actual tooth but it sounds like as long as you take good care of it, you can get away with RCT. Though I highly doubt that just because the tooth is dislocated a bit can lead to RCT??
