我早上習慣晨跑或快走來維持每週的運動量
以前很激進! 運動完就衝回家洗澡再出門
但是洗完澡再吹個頭髮不僅耗時間而且也會汗流浹背
現在索性運動完後直接洗臉>>保養>>綁頭髮>>上妝
身體就用濕紙巾稍微擦一下就去上班了!
同事不信我每天有美國時間去運動
但其實早起一小時就能做到了!
跟大家分享一下我的早晨運動流程
首先呢騎車到運動場,開始做些簡單的熱身

然後快走完跑個3圈操場(約1.2K)
不要小看1.2K!!!!!! 真的會流汗的!!!!
最後再做個簡單收操就結束,運動時間包含暖身跟收操約半小時!
接下來就是洗個臉,拿出化妝包開始進行保養!

由左到右依序為:
Estee Lauder微分子肌底原生露
Estee Lauder微分子隱形噴霧,前陣子購入,覺得噴霧很方便
SUKIN乳液洗面乳
小桃紅化妝包(BB霜、粉餅、眼影筆、眉筆、口紅)
我先用洗面乳好好把汗水洗掉,這款SUKIN可是我在澳洲時的寵兒
打工度假結束帶了好多瓶回來呢!它是沒有泡泡的乳液洗面乳
洗完皮膚不緊繃且有淡淡的乳液香<3
缺點就是他好大罐,但因為很愛用,所以還是會帶著丟車廂
原生露的部分則是因為它蠻適合鎮定皮膚的
運動完身體散熱,臉部肌膚會稍微紅漲
在需要立即上妝的時候,原生露自然成為我的好幫手!

後來出的噴霧也立刻買,噴霧很細緻,感覺吸收更好

質地非常清爽不黏膩
大概只需要三分鐘,皮膚會很明顯地緩和下來,效果非常不錯!
是研究了很久才發現這款運動後保養聖品呢!

原生露結束也就完成保養步驟,沒有額外再擦乳液,會直接上防曬(BB霜)
最後是完妝上班照啦!

仔細看看上妝後的皮膚狀況,不是想像中會浮妝浮的嚴重
反而因為運動後精神好整個人看起來更亮了
所以我覺得只要選對運動+保養品並且好好跟著自己的計畫走
每天一點點,對身體的幫助多一點
自己也會美麗一點喲:)
