常看有版友建議作息正常,多喝水,規律運動來改善膚質/體質
想請問是否有版友可以分享經由運動來改善膚質/體質的自身例子?
因為我自己是酒糟,太激烈的運動會讓臉發熱發紅不舒服,所以都做比較溫和的像瑜珈,
走路或騎腳踏車,因為感覺要經由運動改善膚質/體質是要長久才看的到效果,目前我是
每天規律至少30分鐘以上的瑜珈跟伸展,不過因為才剛起步(約一個月左右),所以還沒有
可以跟大家分享的心得
