最近~小弟我為了減肥~開始運動每天會去慢跑~跑完喝一瓶低脂鮮奶接著~睡前做仰臥起坐以及伏地挺身想問~牛奶應該在跑步前(運動前)喝~??還是運動後喝??(睡前)會比較好還是兩者都沒差!!請說明為什麼!!...Showmore
