造成皮膚老化的關鍵:膠原蛋白的醣基化
糖分造成老化的重要因素之一,是葡萄糖、果糖會造成膠原蛋白和彈性纖維的過度醣基化
,醣基化反應會影響本來蛋白質的三維結構,正常的三維結構讓修補酶可以正確的修復老
化的胺基酸/蛋白質結構,而膠原蛋白跟彈性纖維,是維持肌膚彈性,避免皺紋的最重要
構造。
膠原蛋白從20歲開始,每年醣基化的比例約3.7%不等,和攝取的糖量,以及紫外線曝曬有
關係,也有研究指出,糖尿病人的膠原蛋白糖化速度較快。所以除了防曬,避免攝取過量
糖份對預防老化也有可能有益。
最後,醣基化的膠原蛋白幾乎沒有方法可以回復,所以預防是最重要的,甚至有些學者建
議,即使是做了醫美等療程後,避免過度攝取醣分,也可以讓長期的治療結果變好。
