已經服藥一陣子了
最近想用香氛蠟燭來舒緩自己的情緒
爬文看到適合憂鬱的大部分都有玫瑰
但我真的沒辦法接受玫瑰的味道
柑橘的話因為有貓也沒辦法
薰衣草可以接受但有時後會想吐
想要在睡前點個半小時讓自己放鬆好睡
不要常做夢就心滿意足了
再麻煩各位推薦適合的蠟燭或品牌
