下禮拜就要邁入大學生活了第一個壓力是體檢抽血,這真的讓我徹夜難眠...好..這不是重點目前身高:173.5(或許是172??)體重75以身材來說,我想改善的地方是臉部下顎及脖子那附近(不嚴重,但有些肉肉的不喜歡)肚子(坐著打電腦時會把內褲鬆緊帶蓋住一半想改善成正常一點)大腿以及臀部(剛好是立正手貼合的那一邊,很大一塊肉,很想改善,週遭朋友都說我體格不錯,就是肚子跟�
