以前念高中時根本不知道減肥有分健康跟不健康...
只知道少吃就對了
然後我就用了超不健康的方式瘦下來了...
(類似這樣的內容)
早餐 兩份蛋餅
午餐 泡麵 調理包減半不喝湯
晚餐一顆茶葉蛋
不過高中的時候常運動 所以多少有讓我減更快
這樣讓我從75減到60 (外加掉一堆頭髮)
上大學後變回65KG
之後交了男朋友又開始減肥
食物過油 每次吃飯都斤斤計較
有時多吃點就會有壓力 會想吐
那時還有體育課 而且當時的閃還會揪我去跑步
我在努力掙扎下瘦到55KG
從75 到55 一共三年的時間
現在我又變回68了...
而且發現我的基代很低...就算少吃也不太會瘦了...
只能說該來的總是會來的...
現在也只能三餐正常 然後晚上去跑跑步
希望能夠再瘦下來( ′-`)y-~
