我大學時會去游泳,算是標準身材,但畢業上班後,整天坐在辦公室打電腦,又要加班沒時間運動,加上下午常和同事團購點心導致體重直線上升,主要胖在下半身小腹、屁股、大腿都又腫又鬆垮以前的褲子根本穿不下覺得好沮喪想請問也在上班的水水們,有這方面的困擾嗎?有什麼瘦身的好建議呢?
